Parenting Doesn’t Come with a Manual—Especially Not for Twins, ADHD, or Anxious Kids.

Have you ever found yourself thinking, "What am I supposed to do now?"

Maybe it’s the constant fights between your twins, their endless energy, or the way they push every boundary—together or individually.
Perhaps you’re struggling with a child who seems to challenge every rule, making discipline feel unfair or exhausting.
Maybe your child with ADHD is impulsive, emotional, or struggling to stay on track, leaving you feeling like you're constantly managing chaos.
Or your anxious child avoids new experiences, melts down over small changes, or worries endlessly, and you’re not sure how to help.

Perhaps there’s simply a sense of losing control—that the energy in your home is overwhelming, your kids seem to be running the house, and peace feels out of reach.
Or maybe the atmosphere at home just isn’t what you imagined, and you’re searching for a way to change it.

What is Parent Coaching, and Is It Right for You?

If you're facing challenges with your twins, a child with ADHD, or an anxious child—whether it’s their sibling relationship, behavior, emotional struggles, chaos at home, or your connection with them—and you want practical tools to improve the situation, then yes, this is for you. This is a relatively short, parent-focused process that has been proven to work, giving you the confidence, skills, and strategies to create a calmer, more connected, and thriving family life.

How Does It Work?

  • Step 1: Initial Assessment
Our first session is an in-depth conversation where I take the time to understand your family's unique challenges, your children's personalities, and the dynamics at home. Through thoughtful questions, we uncover what’s really happening, allowing us to create a personalized plan that fits your needs and sets the stage for meaningful change.

  • Step 2: Weekly Coaching Sessions
Each week, we’ll tackle specific challenges and explore practical strategies to create positive shifts at home. Together, we’ll set small, actionable steps for you to implement, then assess their impact and adjust as needed for lasting progress.

How Long Does It Take?

Parent coaching is a focused and efficient process, often yielding results faster than traditional therapy. It begins with a 90-minute assessment session, followed by weekly 60-minute sessions. There’s no long-term commitment—our work continues for as long as needed to reach your goals. Most parents notice meaningful improvements within 8 to 12 sessions.
